In article the concept and rules of the legal argument of the judgment of civil legal proceedings are considered. Are investigated the concept «motivation» and «motivation of the judgment». Topical issues of motivation of the judgments «supplementing» the law, and «overcomings» official interpretation of the rule of law are taken up.
