| Abstract | Questions of the place of specialized anti-corruption prosecutor’s office in the anti-corruption mechanism are investigated. Interaction of this prosecutor’s office with National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine and the Supreme anti-corruption court is analyzed. The provisions defining the its status in system of prosecutor’s office are considered. The guarantees of independence of this prosecutor’s office provided by the Law of Ukraine «About prosecutor’s office» are critically estimated. Subject competence of specialized anti-corruption prosecutor’s office is analyzed, problems of realization of the functions assigned to it are allocated. Offers of rather further legislative improvement of the organization and activity of specialized anti-corruption prosecutor’s office are formulated. |
