| Abstract | On the base of comparative analysis of the mixed electoral systems which are used on parliamentary elections in Germany, Estonia and Hungary it is shown that electoral system prescribed by Ukrainian legislation cannot be referred to as a mixed system and is to be considered as parallel use of two different — plurality and proportional — systems which are interconnected in no way. |
