| Abstract | The article reviews the theoretical foundations of the real meaning of gambling as prohibited by criminal law act. The elements of gambling was investigated as an integral part of work in the gambling business. There was study international experience in the regulation of gambling. On the basis of the analysis a number of priority measures that will resolve the gambling business in Ukraine. |
