| Annotation | The article deals with the issue of the constitutional reform in Ukraine. Two key aspects of constitutional reform — the content and the legitimate procedure of its conduction — are determined. It is proved that the purpose of constitutional reform should be forming in Ukraine of the constitutional system of limited government. Three models of constitutionalism are determined. Based on their analysis it was concluded that the most acceptable for Ukraine is the experience of continental European model. The ways to ensure the legitimacy of the constitutional reform in Ukraine are offered. |
