| Abstract | The article is devoted to a research of the challenges of growth and spread of AIDS and the growing number of violations of the rights of HIV-infected patients. The author emphasizes discrimination against HIV-infected persons at all levels as soon as it becomes known about their condition. That fear of discrimination often prevents these people to seek treatment for HIV/AIDS. State practice in this field is also considered. |
